# Library storytimes in Fairfield County, by day and branch

> We read the event calendars of Bridgeport Public Library and Ferguson Library and found five storytimes that repeat every week at four branches: five family or mixed-age. One is on the weekend. Each one links to its event page on the library’s calendar.

## FAQ

### Are there Saturday or Sunday storytimes in Fairfield County?
Yes: Book Buddies Storytime (Beardsley Community Room, Saturdays at 11 a.m.).

### Do I need to sign up for storytime in Fairfield County?
None of these list registration on the library calendar. Check the event page before you go, since popular times can fill a room.

### How do you check these storytimes?
Each storytime comes from the library system’s own event calendar: the same storytime at the same branch, weekday and time on at least three dates in four weeks. We only list a date, time or price when that page shows it, and anything we can’t confirm stays off. These were last checked Oct 30, 2026, and we recheck them every month, and the weekly list every Thursday. [How we choose and check](https://littlesweekly.com/how-we-choose/).
